The Online Application allows you to set up your profile and pay immediately with a credit or debit card via PayPal. (You do NOT have to have your own PayPal account to use the PayPal interface.)
Before completing the online application, please review the "Member Code of Conduct" by selecting the link in the navigation bar. You will be asked to accept these terms as part of the application process.
After selecting the Membership Level, scroll down and click 'NEXT' in the lower right hand corner to proceed. All items with a red asterisk (*) are mandatory.
Short on time? Complete all items with a red asterisk (*) and login later to update your profile.
To pay by check or money order:
Complete the online application as per above and stop at the PayPal interface. You will receive an email confirmation that your application is pending. To help alert the AIWC Membership committee that you are sending a payment, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with 'AIWC Membership' in the subject line.
Send your check or money order to: P.O. Box 788, Tucson, AZ 85702.
Please allow 14 business days for processing. When your membership is activated by AIWC, you will receive an email welcoming you to AIWC.
